- Organic lemon balm herb
- Organic peppermiint herb
- Organice chamomile flower

Boil water to around 212°F. Add herbs to a tea bag or infuser. Place the infuser in a cup. Pour 8 oz. boiling water over the herbs. Steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain the flowers with a fine mesh sieve. Add sweetener and/or other ingredients to taste.
