One teaspoon per 6 ounces in 212 degree (full boil) temperature. Steep 3-5 minutes
Green tea
One teaspoon per 6 ounces in 175-180 degree (steaming briskly) water. Steep 1-2 minutes.
White tea
One teaspoon per 6 ounces 175-180 degree (steaming briskly) water. Steep 1-2 minutes.
Oolong tea
One teaspoon per 6 ounces in 195 degree (almost boiling) water. Steep 2-3 minutes.
Mate
One teaspoon per 6 ounces in 212 degree (full boil) water. Steep 3-5 minutes.
Herbal
One heaping teaspoon per 6 ounces in 212 degree (full boil) water. Steep 5-10 minutes.
Rooibos
